Sewing Classes

Suitable for those with a knowledge of sewing.

Choose between a variety of cross-over bag designs and fabrics.

All fabrics and hardware will be included and prints discussed with you prior to the group.

Please bring a small sewing kit with you (scissors, needles, pins,etc), as well as a packed lunch or enjoy a pre-booked lunch at The Deli.

This groups runs from 10am-3.30pm

Sew either a pretty plant pot cover or fabric vase - perfect for cut flowers.

All fabrics are included, with prints discussed with you prior to the session. If you have a specific pattern you would like to make, feel free to bring it with you.

These groups are small and friendly, if you would prefer a one-to-one session please contact me to arrange a time.

Enjoy sewing within our pretty studio in the grounds of Hylands Estate.

Whether you're a beginner, want to brush up on your skills, or make a completely new type of garment, this is the workshop for you.

Classes are kept small. I will discuss with you prior to the workshop the garment you would like to sew, suitable patterns and fabrics, etc.

Please note that fabrics and patterns are not included in this workshop price due to the individuality of the workshop.

Whether you want to try making a new bag, alter curtains, etc the choice is yours.

I've had lots of requests for a sewing group just for you to choose what you would like to make, alter or just to have some fun sewing in a relaxed atmosphere with other like minded people and of course drinks and homemade cake.

This group will last 2hrs with a max of 4 people.
